Our Story Began at LSU
The vision for Perrier Esquerré Contractors started in the hallways of LSU. In 2014, Brett Perrier partnered with his longtime friend and colleague Keith Esquerré to launch a general contracting company built on honesty, integrity, and hard work.
What began as a shared idea between two LSU graduates has grown into a trusted name in commercial construction. PEC continues to deliver high-quality projects and lasting partnerships throughout the region.
