We founded Perrier Esquerré Contractors, LLC with the core values of innovation, project collaboration, and cost efficiency. While attending LSU, Brett Perrier and Keith Esquerré began talks of one day starting their own company. In 2014, after collectively completing over $750 million in commercial projects, they decided that the time was right to create a unique general contracting and construction company, grounded on honesty, integrity, and hard work.
We’re different from other contractors because we actually enjoy the challenge of creative and complex projects, and understand that high-quality work and proper budgeting are all clients’ goals. We appreciate that the only way to successfully complete a project is by working with the owner and design professionals as a team. For this reason, we approach all projects with a collaborative mindset, which allows us to anticipate and solve problems, maintain budgets, keep an on-time delivery schedule, and deliver a quality product.
