PEC proudly broke ground on the Jefferson Protection and Animal Welfare Services (JPAWS) Eastbank Adoption Center. This 27,750-square-foot facility, located at 1 Humane Way, will create new opportunities for animal care on the Eastbank. We are pleased to begin construction and look forward to the project’s completion in Summer 2027.
