Another #PEC project is complete! Parish Line Bar and Bistro was completed a few months ago.

Have you seen our gorgeous historic renovation at 1733 Constantinople?

Previously the century-old Fine Arts Theater, team #PEC facilitated a complete structural rebuild of the 7,000 square foot space. The first floor now offers a variety of spaces for commercial lease and is anchored by Deveney, a local marketing firm. The second floor houses four residential apartments.

Despite challenges from Hurricane Ida, the covid pandemic, and complicated historic tax credit processes, we utilized deep coordination project-wide to ensure a smooth process and beautiful finish.

Team #PEC is proud of our work to preserve this important piece of New Orleanian arts culture!
